You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 25% of the course has been completed.
Services
Services are refundable up to the point of kickoff. After kickoff, work completed is billable and remaining amounts are refunded pro-rata.
Digital downloads
Due to their nature, template and download purchases are non-refundable unless the file is defective.
